Rackord is not medical advice

Rackord is a workout logging tool. Nothing in the app, including exercise instructions, muscle information, suggested or prefilled weights, reps, rest times, and timers, is medical advice, fitness advice, or professional instruction of any kind. Always consult a qualified and licensed medical professional before beginning or modifying any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or other health concern. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

You exercise at your own risk
