Super smart, attractive, and forgetful? Or just forgetful?

It doesn't even matter. You deserve a good workout either way, and nobody is going to judge you. Well, I won't, anyway.

Isa the cat has some opinions. See reviews below.

It remembers your seat height so your brain doesn't have to

Seat 4. Pin at 55. Back pad third notch. Rackord keeps a setup card for every machine (settings, notes, photos) and holds it up in front of you mid-workout. The settings-guessing minigame is over. You lost every round anyway.

Exercise detail screen with a Machine Setup card: settings note and two photos of the machine

No idea what that machine is called? Nobody does.

Snap a picture, name it "the scary one", and move on with your life. No scrolling a 400-exercise database hoping something matches. Your library ends up looking like your gym, because it is your gym.

Yes, one of them is a photo of a sidewalk

This is my actual gym, photographed by me. A bench press. A shoulder press I named King. An ab wheel. A hand gripper I count as a real lift. And a sidewalk, filed under Walking, which is mostly the walk to my mailbox. Some days there's no mail. Still counts. Your library ends up looking like your gym. Mine looks like this.

A Rackord routine called My Gym listing seven real exercises, each with the founder's own machine photo

Logging so fast you'll have energy left for the actual workout

Sets prefilled from last time. Tap, done, rest timer buzzes hard enough to feel over the gym playlist. Supersets, circuits, drop sets: all of it flows. No AI. No feed. No account. Your data stays on your phone, where data belongs.

Form check: judge yourself before anyone else can

Ever wonder if your squat depth is a lie you tell yourself? Stop wondering. And unlike the camera app, the clip is filed with the exercise, next to your settings and history, so you can actually find it. Your camera roll is where form videos go to die.

  1. Pick your exerciseOpen the exercise, tap Form Check, pick a length.
  2. Prop up and press recordLean the phone against anything. A dumbbell. A water bottle. Your dignity.
  3. Get buzzed in, then liftA lead-in counts you into position. The last three buzz. Then it rolls, 10 to 60 seconds, your pick.
  4. Watch the tapeFiled with the exercise, next to your settings and history. Not in the camera-roll graveyard.

Hover a step. Step 3 buzzes. You'll see.

The steps flip open as you scroll past. Step 3 buzzes. Tap one to flip it back.

Footage: the founder demonstrating flawless form on the hand gripper, widely considered one of the most technically demanding lifts in all of strength sport. Note the neutral wrist. The composed breathing. The rep counter, humbled at 13. Experts agree this is what peak performance looks like. The experts are his wife, and she was not asked.

And the rest of it

The features that didn't get a whole section. They're still good.

Mom♥♥♥♥♡4 of 5 hearts

I don't know what this is. I don't even have an iPhone. I'm not legally allowed to rate this since I haven't used the app, but I love my son and he'll always be my little boy.

One heart withheld. “I wish he would call more often.”

Wife★★★★★5 stars

Five stars.

That's the whole review. We asked for elaboration. She was mid-set.

Isa (cat)5 scratches · 0 paws

He picks me up and kisses me. I hate that. I hate him. Buy the app so we can afford catnip. It's the only thing that lets me keep my sanity.

Scratches are Isa's highest available rating. We think.

Watson (dog)5 paws

I love exercising, and barking, AND people. Also barking at people. I have no idea that I exist but I'm happy about stuff for some reason.

Watson has never successfully operated a phone.

Best friendreview pending

Real review from my best friend coming soon. He said he'd write it after his workout.

He did not say which workout.

Why I built this

As a person riddled with ADHD and anxiety, I used to spend more than half my workout setting up safety bars and other equipment, trying them at different settings because I'd forgotten what I did last time. By the time everything was set, I'd already lost a lot of steam.

So I made this app to help me, and to help you. If your memory works fine, you probably don't need it. If you've ever re-derived a seat height for the fourth time this month, welcome home.

Your next workout is already set up.

Also, Isa needs catnip. You know what to do.
